Rules & Regulations

Parents/ Guardians are requested to go through the following rules and regulations of the School. All these rules and regulations are made for keeping and maintaining discipline for ultimate good of the pupils. Guardians are requested to in all possible.
  • Pupils are expected to come to school neat and tidy. The prescribed school uniform is to be worn during class and at school functions.
  • Students must be punctual normally. Students will only be permitted to enter the school premises 15 mins. before the school starts. Students coming late 10 mins. and more may not allowed to enter the school.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of home work, disobedience and disrespect towards members of the staff or bad moral influence justify dismissal. Pupils are responsible to the Principal for their conduct both in and outside the school.
  • Pupils who have been absent from class must have the reason entered in the regularity record stating briefly the cause of the absence and delay if the period of absence is more than three(3) days on the ground of illness, a Medical Certificate from the registered medical practitioners must be produced.

    On no account should a child suffering from an infectious disease be sent to school without a fit certificate from the Registered Medical Practitioner.
  • No pupil will leave the school premises during school hours without the permission of the school authorities.
  • Parents are requested to be punctual in collecting their children from the school. School authorities will not be responsible for the students left behind more than half an hour after the closure of school.
  • During the absence of a teacher from class pupils must obey the monitor appointed.
  • Any damage done to school property must be repaired at the cost of the offender as decided by the authority of the school.
  • Guardians should check the school dairy regularity and note teacher’s remarks in the interest and progress of their wards.
  • Mobile & any other costly electronics gadgets are prohibited.
  • No books, periodicals, pictures, newspapers or any other reading matter shall be brought into the class without the permission of the school authorities.
  • Enrolment in school implies, on the part of the pupil and the parents, willingness to comply with the rules and regulations of the school.
  • All correspondence from the parents must bear the child’s full name, class section roll number.
  • Parents are not allowed to see their wards during school hours without special permission from the Principal.
  • School Teachers are not allowed to be engaged for private tuition at home. The School itself will arrange for special classes in the school premises at reasonable charges.
  • Under the circumstances the Secretary and President of the school meet any guardian.
  • Parents and guardians are requested not to write any remarks on the progress report and school copies.
  • For any kind of misdeed, misconduct or severe indiscipline either by student or his/ her guardian, the student will be suspended from attending classes and provided with a Transfer Certificate and if necessary be expelled.
  • Continuing student should apply far Transfer Certificate within one month from the date of leaving the school. They have to clear up the full session charges of the same academic year.
  • Refund of actual Caution Deposit will be made within one month from the date of issuing Transfer Certificate. Application for the refund has to be made along with the application for issuing Transfer Certificate with presentation of the Bill Book mentioning Caution Deposit.
  • 75% attendance is compulsory.
  • No refund once the admission taken even if the student discontinue the school
